There used to be a decent service manager at my dealership. He had left, and I was told by the service advisor that they had had “ quite a few” different managers since then.

I've got the VW 1 year warranty but thinking of getting a refund on that and going with the all in service plan. I think even independents would struggle to do two services and two mots for the price of the all in wouldn't they? I've always been out of sync with the blank Friday offers so might just take the plunge and do it.
