I'd guess it's almost a universal feeling after a large purchase.  It certainly applies to my house, car, hi-fi, laptop, maybe even the washing machine!  It's part of the reason we keep browsing, even after committing to buy, just so we can check if anything 'better' is available.

We research and test before we buy, but there are soooo many options that we can never be sure.  I suppose it has the benefit of keeping us busy.

My name is Wayne, and I am currently on the search, for a standard Mk7 GTI 5 door in DSG guise. I've narowed the colour down to Grey or Red, as I'm definately not a white car person.

I did consider the R, but not with the theft rate, through the roof. I'd be forever checking on it lol.

Never owned a GTI  or any VW for that matter before, having been Audi, BMW or Ford for years, but ULEZ is playing a part, and now need to part ways with my A7, and get something petrol based.

I've got quite a healthy budget, so will have a decent pick of cars, if any take my eye.

Then first thing will be a Stage 1 remap and leave it there.

Just thought I'd say hello, and hopefully do some decent research here, to assist with my search.
