Mk2 8v GTI Project
« on: 14 August 2009, 19:57 »
Well here the first few pics of my mk 2 project.
Got the car from Martz.
So far i have put the bumpers and front grill back on, changed the spark plugs, rotor arm and dizzy cap.
Next week i am going to do the rear axle bushes change the oil, oil filter, sump gasket and rocker gasket, clean the oil pick up pipe, fix the plugs on the side lights and rub some of the rust patchs down and give it a quick coat of primer for now.

Plans for the future are Spray wheels black (keeping the 14inch steels), Respray whole car, possible remove side trim and not sure what else.

Heres one of the "bucket" seat.

MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.
192bhp 212lbft torque.
