I welded steel plates in then used filler to level everything out afterwards there is a 2mm step between the upper and lower of the trim it took many many hours of layering and sanding to get the shape just right then I bought the black paint so had to have it perfect before I sprayed it.  but now its green I don't even have to polish it anymore lol

well not much to tell due to bad health and more back surgery I haven't managed to do anything other than routine maintenance to keep it on the road. it sat for few months whilst I recovered then when I finally was able to take it out for a drive I managed to go put some fuel in and made it a couple of miles before my tank strap snapped I wasn't amused lol. so some new straps and an mot later, i'm back on the road again  during the summer I managed to aquire a standard tailgate and rear bumper they need painting up before I can fit them I just fancied a change
