hi there i have just installed vagcom on my laptop and then going to go do the usb test it keeps comeing up with a error has any one else had this problem

Is it a com port error????
If so go to Control panel>Hardware and sound>device manager> then com ports i think advanced then change to com port 3 should work did on my win 7
