Title: golf gti distributor dead will a driver distro fit?

hi guys,  i recently bought a mk2 h reg 8v gti and the distributor has just died. on ebay theres a guy not too far from me selling 1 from a golf driver i.8 1992. ive emailed him to ask if its an 8v  etc ( im not too up on golfs yet )
does anyone know if this will fit mine? many thanks, kev

i think i might have the answer.. the pik on fleabay shows his dizzy has a diaphragm and im sure mine didnt. i cant check mine at the mo coz its stuck in chichester :)

just nip to halfrauds and get the right one for sure, they are pennies anyway
