Just bought a 2016 GTi. Very lucky to find the exact spec. I wanted at a local garage after a lot of searching. Love it so far - brilliant to drive and looks great. I've now read too many stories on the internet, so hoping my turbo doesn't blow and the sunroof doesn't leak!!

Looks great! The turbo is a wear part so will go at some point but as for premature wear that troubled the early MK7s, well, it's lasted this long so probably okay. Sunroof, make sure the drains are clear and all should be well. Might be worth getting the roof serviced, they need lubricating anyway and they will clear the drains too.

Always good to see a white 3 door  is it manual or DSG?

DSG. Drives beautifully and in brilliant condition having only done 20000 miles.

I have had a look on here but can't find anything on it - anyone know how I can check and clear drains?
