GTI Build Dates - Anyone got one yet?

You ordered 28 days before me and still have no confirmed build week?

Shocking isn't it, there's now a performance pack GTI for sale on Autotrader new and unregistered too.

I think it's just plain wrong that these cars are appearing for sale before long standing orders from customers aren't even allocated a build slot. piss poor customer service from VW.

It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, I need to stop thinking about this today before I do something rash.

Gave my spec to my dealer on 28th of march and he put the order through as the books opened and i'm still on unconfirmed 36! It is getting a bit stupid now especially when VW CS   can't give you any reason why it's taking so long!

jimble I noticed you've got the rear camera specced on yours. that's the reason why you are still unconfirmed I would say. camera has been pulled from any new orders as they've run out

Just changed to BW confirmed on the tracker yesterday, waiting to hear from dealer what the actual BW is. Ordered 02/05 (and I was getting pi**ed off waiting for it to change), so I feel for the guys that placed their orders before me and still don't have a confirmed BW!
