GTI Build Dates - Anyone got one yet?

I'm feeling the buzz of a change soon!  I'm just hoping it is a change forward.  Do you know what time the VW exec phone line closes?  Don't want to call if I can avoid it as I already sent a second email to my dealer and one to twitter VWUK... one of them should get back to me right?

Just ring them - i'm pretty sure that whoever you deal with on the phone won't know a thing about the email and the twitter post. My dealer didn't even know my status had changed when he rang me about my dad's car this morning.

My dealer also estimated week 33 for me, but the tracker is still not showing. Has anyone above got the GTD with Panoramic roof?

Hi valenni, my pw, 5 door GTD with DSG, panoramic roof, Vienna leather, nav and dynaudio was built in wk 25 and has been showing as "in transit" for the past two weeks.

Did as you guys told me and called VW exec.  They just called me back:

BUILD WEEK 35... (unconfirmed)!

WOO!   Prior to this I was on unconfirmed BW 39/40.

Really really pleased with this.  I asked if they knew when things would be confirmed.  Was told "We are currently on BW 33, so everything up to 33 is confirmed.  Therefore you can expect to be BW confirmed in a week or two."  (EDIT: 33 is 7 weeks away so this matches the theory of 4 weeks before confirmation + 3 weeks for shut down.)

Awesomeness.

Gotta find some cash to pay for it now...
