water pump im not so sure on yet, seen a uprated version on ebay which is more expensive than the Audi one but is a metal version


I believe it is safer to run the plastic version. :smiley:

now ordered a Genuine Water pump from Audi, along with the cambelt kit.

Booked in for Monday to be all fitted  :smiley:

Yes mate, got the full kit and Water pump too - all from the audi Dealership   :smiley:

Now relocated the induction kit, really happy with this








The K&N is in direct Cold air - could not get any better!!

should have done the cambelt when the engine was out would have been easy.

engine bay looks spot on. looks factory made :cool:

Steve, i wanted to but we decided we would rather get it in the car working before i did anything to it, plus i want to get that done by the garage so i know its timed up correct etc..

I'd leave the battery there for two reasons, one it looks more OEM and its somewhat insulating hot air from reaching his new found intake for the filter.

Think it will look really empty with the battery gone and I can't think what you could possibly fit to fill in that gap except a ps3 george forman grill
