hi mate, struggling to find the pic now, best i could find of one very similar but not finished fitting, is this



the gauges should be level and tucked slightly at the front and then blended in, so the grill and panel are all nice and neat,  here it looks like its plonked for testing, im still looking for the pic i saw, but it could literaly be anywhere...

this also looked fairly neat too



but would need tweeks if you still have tweaters there

I do like the other idea as well, less obvious and more subtle, but the pic I saw was much better than this one, but it only takes a bit of thought provoking and I'm sure ben v will design something quality...

i reckon you re locate the batterto the boot.

then if you want you can exstend the filter down toward the fog light area and do a cold air intake.

if not just the battery in the boot will make this pop!!!

Not keen on battery in boot tbh, so what we are doing is replacing the washer bottle that's next to the battery at the moment with a mk4 item because on a mk4 they sit on the other side of the bay like in the S3. The induction kit is a K&N and is like a oval shape, if we turn it on it's side it fits perfect where the current washer bottle is down the side of the battery ;-)

I'd advise making yourself a leak tester for those boost pipes. Jubilee type clamps don't usually clamp hard enough. I had major leaks when I first did mine and was using mikalor type clamps. You need to pressurise it up to around 20psi to make sure its leak free. As that's what a remapped one usually boost at.
