nice one jimp matey, the most important thing was my GF, she was in the car when the incident happened, and to say she was scared is a understatement, to make matters worse, the Sainsbury’s truck was parked on double yellow lines, then just decided to pull out with no indication what so ever   

His excuse for been on the yellow lines - His bosses say he is not allowed to park in front of the shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   (its one of these small Sainsbury’s stores that have taken over a local store, not sure if you guys have them. this one is on a very busy main road near a hospital, even with him parked how he was, ambulances would have had trouble getting by
