I am currently working on a solution to rebuild those pulleys by replacing the old rubber by polyurethane
It's not done yet, but in a few weeks, i'll be able to tell you if it works and if you can do the same for yours !
You will have to ask me because this work need a special mold quite expensive and i'm paying for it ^^
