I took the plunge and had my 99 gti t remaped by revo. WOW its like a new car, the guy said it should be around 210bhp and it sure feels like it. It pulls all the way to the red line where as before it used to die of at about 4000rpm. Also when i was there i saw a set of S3 alloys which i brought off him and lowered it 40mm on gmax springs, now it looks as good as it goes........ ;D ;D

Which GTI have you got 8v or 16v? also how much did it cost it you dont mind me asking!!

I have an 8v golf n i was looking at some slight engine modifications to make it a but quicker at the top end.. hehe..still considering!!

mines a 1.8 20v turbo 1999. i dont no wether it is poss to do the same to a none turbo car. it cost about ?500 and well worth it.
