Deep scratches in bumper.......how to fix?

Would filler fall out? what would you use to fill in deep scratches?

plastic filler would be ok or maybe the resin used for fibre glassing? i've done that before, just painted it in with a small artists brush. Have to be quick tho' , sets like a b*stard.

skim of filler should be fine. it sticks better to rough surfaces so a scratch should be nice and ruff for ya!
