Just got these!:

Took them to the refurber's last Saturday and should be ready now. New lips on order, stainless steel bolts came with the wheels and got to sort out new special caps.

Just places one of the standard lips on, to see what it would look like. Getting wider ones soon!

4.) Well I had the lovely job of cleaning out the bolts threads to get the excess paint out from when they were powder coated. Had to do a bolt up and then undo on all 120 holes! Took bloody ages because of the paint at the top of the thread hole made the bolt go in crooked at first sometimes, so had to keep undoing it until they went in straight! Spent an hour on Tuesday night on one wheel, an hour and a half on Wednesday night on another wheel, 45 mins on Thursday morning and then finished the rest on Thursday night and built them up from 8pm that night until 6am Friday morning with only a break for a meal in the evening!

Got them put on on Saturday morning, but found that one front looked a little flat yesterday morning. Pumped it up again, but looked flat again a while later. Torqued it up to 18lbs (had done them at 15), pumped it up again and it now seems fine and not gone down. Might torque all the others to 18lbs now.

Here's the pics before on the car. They are 1 1/2" and 2" Schmidt Radinox stainless steel lips with stainless steel bolts.

More on the car later!
