Ticking sound when steering

Another noise i've just started hearing, when i steer to the right hard, i hear a ticking sound until i start to straighten up, it's too cold to get it up on the ramps so wondered if anyone had this or had any idea ?

Well my CV gaitor has come off again Had this done twice in the past year and now it needs doing again and the M.O.T is due on the 20th

Anyone know any decent garages around Middlesex as i want it done proper this time instead of it keeping falling off
