as hot as possible/cool enough so i can still put by hand in, if that makes sense?

i dont like using luke warm water, but to add as well, ive enquired before about washing a car with cold water (like if youre at a show and no access to hot water) some shampoos work better than others with cold, like megs gold class

Have honestly never tried hot water but since my car was sat under some trees recently, I'm going to try this weekend so I can avoid having to clay again.

^I'm the complete opposite, i've never used cold water, always thought warm water would work better like washin your hands is better with warm water.

cold water is fine but warm water aids the removal of the grease, deisel fumes etc etc but todays modern shampoos cut the mustard in cold or warm water.

Can't believe some people use cold water - you must have icicles hanging from your fingers in the depths of winter!
