whats the best way to clean it please?

done all the obvious:

scrubbed
anti-bacterial spray
odour fighting spray
febreeze etc

does any body know of anything in particular that will get rid of the smell?

wet vac with a detergent..

spray down with the correct dilution of the product, mixed with G101 if you can

scrub

then extract using a george/charles/vax etc and then

have used this process on milk spillages to great effect
