for images, You will need to upload a picture up to the internet here is a good site.

Then post the link in your post with

[img][/img]  ether side of the link.

So would be

For Videos, you will need to use youetube or something.

Me too. The ‘Add image to post’ link is a link to the postimages.com website. There’s been an odd occasion when the ‘add image’ function hasn’t worked for me; when/if that happens, I go direct to the postimages.com website and copy the ‘hotlink for forums’ which I then manually paste it into my post.
