EVO When did your dealership order the car? That's now 6 months I have been waiting for the same speck gtd:-(((
Been told it's this dsg box that's the hold up!! Is there any truth in that?

They've been saying there are delays with the DSG gearbox for the past year so nothing has changed?

Very lucky that a dealer in our group had one instock which we could get for Simon, however put into perspective we have 25 dealers and there was only 2 instock........both have since sold.

A factory order which your is buy the sounds of it is dragging on, probably the dealer you ordered it with did not actually have allocation............ Are you in a VW support car?

Just a quick message to say thanks again to Lee, the process was very quick ( as said above from walking into Cheltenham  VW  to picking up a brand new GTD - 8 days ! ) and painless, if you're in the market for a new VW contact Lee ( evo1986 ).

I did but he couldn't get me the a GTD , So I got Tig with no regrets. Give him his due he tried  :wink:
