Had an email today from Neva Direct giving what seems to the best lease deals so far. The DSG is slightly cheaper than manual by a couple of pounds per month.

Deal is 9 + 23 8000 miles per annum at £278 per month. Similar prices to GTDs I have seen advertised recently and a little bit tempting

I was quoted £390 per month (amortised) for a 3 door Lapiz blue DSG on a two year. The 5 door would be cheaper too. Albeit on a PCP deal not a lease.

Ignorant question alert: what happens at the end of the lease?

Do you then have to stump up 6m or 9m upfront again for the next car?

Yes VAT is included in the prices. Works out at £370/month amortised for a 5 door DSG so it beats the PCP deal mentioned above.

At the end of the lease you simply return the car. if you have exceeded the mileage or leave it back with damage there may be a charge but generally its a case of return and walk away. Much like PCP has become as gone are the days of having any decent equity left at the end of term.

Actually your deal comes out at £380.29/m amortised. I based my price on a 3-door DSG R 310 with Lapiz Blue optional extra. So the 5-door will definitely be cheaper. Anyway I'll get a quote and post it here. lets see.
