« on: 12 December 2008, 21:10 »
probbably should be in the mk4 forum but this place needs some fresh topics

so i'd like to purchase a spoiler possibly the gti spoiler, looking on fleabay they are around the £50 mark, seems they are just bonded on using glue?, seems abit sh!t to me but whatever works. so ive found the gti, the r32 and the usual reiger type crap but is there anything else out there and is there any guides or advise to fitting??

Best off getting a genuine one if you can, need to get it sprayed and bonded on.

The cheap immatation are a crap fit. Ask Bobbarley.

don't even bother with a copy one, if you want it to fit properly then spend the extra on a genuine one.

IIRC they are about £120 from the dealers and i'd expect to pay a body shop £100 for spraying and fitting
