hahaha thought that might be the general feeling, black it is then! will have to chav it up for a few days till the weekend though!

ive repaired the roof yesterday, its going to be replaced with a mohair one next spring but for the winter i thought i would just repair this one with patches of vinyl to make it look a little cleaner and make sure there are no leaks..





annoyingly it rained last night and i got a bit of glue residue down the edge of the hood but im hoping it will wash off or if not will have to clean the roof with some vinyl cleaner maybe.

Definitely not a fan of the chrome so I'd say colour code the bottom section and black out the bars! Good work so far though :)

after a few more hours messing about the car now looks like this..



i got the twin headlamps off ebay for a bargain £38!! i painted them and have painted the bottom of the grille black which i think i will keep so just gotta lacquer it now.
