I like it. 

I would guess it would be easy to sort with a Fabia vRS donor that would be a 130 but a remap would soon sort it.

I never actually thought about a VRS donor! Would of been a great idea, but i've been very naughty and bought a donor car, 200BHP+ Picking it up at the end of this month!

Arch gap? I think you mean frame > floor gap don't you? Thats the only gap I can see!
