How to reset service indicator from autodata.

Excuse my simpleness!!   What is the difference between "Longlife Service Intervals"  and "Fixed Intervals" ?

Fixed - change the oil every 10000 miles

Longlife - depending on your driving style / journey's - change the oil from 8000 to approx 20,000 miles

If you're on longlife I'd change to fixed and drop the oil every 12 months or 10,000 miles, which ever occurs first
