where to mount cd multi changer in 1991 mk2 golf

hiya,
i have the original blaupunkt stereo unit in my car and have just bought the correct blaupunkt 10 disc cd player to match it but i am not sure where it should go.i guess its in the boot but i cant find any info as to where.
please can anyone help,pref with pics etc.

I've got a fully carpeted boot, with a rear panel trim from Newton Commercial. I have velco'd my changer to that so as not to have to drill any holes. I've left enough slack in the cable in order to be able to move it and lift the boot carpet up.

Ideally it should be mounted of a solid surface as the CDs will jump. I screwed my changer through the rear carpet and placed my detailing bag on top - I did have a carpeted case around the changer as well.
