I thought VAGtacho was required for any CCM or clock adjustments.

TBH for the sake of £28 and literally 60 seconds of my time im more than happy with the addition of total closure at the touch of a button without the need for faffing about with dodgy Czech software that could potentially open up a right can if worms.

I collected the car from the detailer this afternoon and what an improvement! Ok it still has it's fair share of scratches and dings that were beyond the realms of repair without actually laying down some new paint but he's done a great job of bringing the car back to life as it was looking very sorry for itself and i kinda underestimated just how bad the body and paint were when i bought it a few weeks ago...it didn't help that it was wet when i went to buy it a lot of the flaws were masked. :undecided:

Anyway, the guy has made a full step by step photo documentation of the correction and enhancements work carried out on the car (120 photos worth)

A few choice shots taken from the detailers album showing the quality of his work.

Yeah it was screaming out for some love before any modifications took place so that's exactly what it got and what a difference. Seriously need to figure out what wheels and suspension to stick on it next...
