Title: Coolant hose needed ASAP

I got a golf 1.8 t  aum engine light management light just came on with the following codes :
P0420
P1296
Does anybody know what this coolant hose is called so I can replace it

The first code is related to the catalytic converter when I googled it? Likely the O2 sensor?

The second code is a bit of an oddball and could be a few things but not likely a hose. I'd start with the coolant sensor and then the thermostat.
