I feel that I need to say, that I’ve had nothing but a positive experience my service department of choice at Inchcape VW cheltenham, be that during regular servicing or warranty issues, for me it’s been an all around excellent service! I cannot though comment on their sales department, as I bought the car from Marshalls VW south Oxford, which I found to be equally good.

Can't say the same for other inchscape vw dealers thou 🤣🤣

Yeah, Swindon Inchcape was pretty sh!te when I bought my mk7 from them, the service department wasn’t much better either. It’s been a few years though so could be better now.
