007 all the way for me and this is what id recommend.. but its up to other people if they wish to choose another type or brand, as long as it works the same was as the 007 (recirculate) then all's well  ..

008p is the new recirculating diverter valve from forge. Not meant as a replacement to the 007p but I've only read good things about it and it apparently performs better than the 007p. Holds boost longer, turbo spools quicker, etc

I still run a 007p as It's not imo £100 worth of improvement over the 007p, but if I was going from standard I would choose the 008

Can I use the 2 liter 8 v driveshafts into a 16v box as going the conversion on a cabrio and it already had g60 brakes 4 stud

Yea mate they are the same

Mine is still on its 8v drive shafts. They were the same as the 16v ones
