« on: 10 March 2010, 23:08 »
Right guys....just started my Dub Projects thread: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=147189.0

Any feedback would be cool, especially if anyone has any ideas for me to play around with!

I'm disappointed, nothing about my car, I have no further comments to make on this subject.

Looks a tidy base mate, looking forward to seeing what you do with it

The bit where you said your heart had sunk made me think "ungrateful b*stard" but to be honest if my dad had bought me a Fiat Panda, a Metro, or worse, I think I would have been the same.

Thankfully I got to choose my first car, so I bought a Mk1 Golf.

Cheers for the comments guys.

Joe - Yours looks pretty tidy from your sig, you got a dub rides thread going on? If you do i'll hunt it out and have a proper look at it!

Kells, don't get me wrong, I appreciated them buying me a car, I probably wouldn't be one here now if they hadn't. Plus anything is better than a maroon Ford Ka that I was borrowing from my mum

I need to get some axle stands and some paint, then hopefully gonna paint the calipers on Sunday if the weather is alright when the F1 isn't on! I've just got through my first full tank of petrol , managed 400 miles out of it....think thats about 36mpg. Sound about right?
