Had my GT 170 tdi remapped the other day at Awesome, threw in a K&N panel filter at the same time and I am really pleased! The car pulls soo much now its amazing!
If anyone is thinking of having it done go for it! :evil:

Did'nt think you could remap the gt sport 170 without removing the DPF,have been told if its not removed can cause lots of problems,did awsome say anything to you about this.

You're limited in the power output and you have to make sure you drive it properly to avoid any DPF issues.
There are very few DPF delete products on the market sadly :sad:

They mentioned something and can't remember what they said exactly, something along the lines of that there are 2 versions of the engine and to with the common rail? Can't remember properly now :rolleyes:

Your MK5 is fitted with the older style Pump Duse engine. The MK6 has the newer Common Rail engines fitted :nerd:
