Will be interesting to see if a VW 32gb card actually exists from the dealer...... they must have know that any new map updates would go over the 16gb cards shipped even with my 2019 car.

2019 Golf GTi PP DSG, Isaac Blue.

Found this a bit frustrating myself but not likely to need the full 32gb coverage so will live with it.
Mk6 GTI Carbon Grey, 2010 Bluetooth and voice fitted, a few VCDS mods still a comfortable family car. Red Scirocco 2011 twin charger stage 1 - enjoyable drive now gone.  White 2016 Polo GTI (roller skate on steroids) replaced with an Indium Grey 2019 7.5 GTI PP.

they do exist, it's what's being supplied now instead of 16gb ones. Loads on eBay but they are quite expensive.

why? Nothing wrong with the built in nav especially after adding speed cameras.

It's just a shame we can't have Google maps in the AID. Best of both worlds IMO

Why? Gives you much better traffic info and updates itself. Not sure why you wouldn't use it. Maybe in the newer cars the nav is better, my 2017 7.5 doesn't do traffic unless you have your phone tethered to it

Audi TT has it, but only because there's no centre MIB screen.
