i've tried to T-Cut it out but it aint worked. its not very deep to be honest. anyone got anything that might get it out?

Well T cut won't be much help. Maybe rubbing compound or even a specialist if it's looking as though that's not going to work.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

I know exactly how you feel cause someone did the same to mine but on passenger side. It looks like it might need respraying  :undecided:
