Exhaust System Warnign light

Any one else had the Exhaust System amber warning light appear on the dash? Car is only 8 months old with 7500 miles

That's the engine management light isn't it, not specific to the exhaust. It could be any number of things. Is there any error messages appearing in the dash?

Nowt else on the infotainment vehicle status screen, just the amber light came on this morning. Managed to get it booked in for diagnostic check tomorrow.

Hope it's just a reset or at least they  say that I can still drive it, so that I can still go on my hols on Monday.
