I think they look a bit odd, TBH, almost like a PhotoShopped pic.

Me too! They are 18's, just need tyres on them now.

Sourced some Goodyear Eagle F1's for £100 each but waiting for stock to come in.

Well, tried these today on my car and they look awful not to mention they stick out about an inch past the arches(thinks its illegal isnt it if they stick out further than the bodywork!)  so it looks like a quick sell on.

I bought them of a bloke with a scirocco who i took his word for they would fit no problems, he even sold me spacers as he said they would sit inside the arches!

Maybe the scirocco website or ebay i think for a quick sale.

What offset is stamped onto the wheels? That will give a clue as to whether they're suitable for the Golf. Needs to be between about 44mm and 50mm on an 8 inch wide rim. The Scirocco has much wider arches and uses partly Passat suspension and therefore uses wheels with a different offset.

What make of spacers are they? I'm after some spacers if you want to sell them seperately.

Had i look at the back of the alloy and they are et35 (was told 45)

2 of the spacers are 13mm with "FK015 13Z MADE IN GERMANY" stamped on them, these are also hubcentric

And the other 2 are 8mm with "FK015 08 MADE IN GERMANY" stamped on them, these are just flat

35mm no good for the front of a Golf really, fine for a Scirocco.

The mk6 is a funny beast as there aren't that many wheels that actually do suit it unlike the mk5 which looks great with lots of different styles and sizes. I think it's because a mk6 is a slabby looking thing with big fat bumpers.  :lipsrsealed:
