I like the CKs but it definitely has to be the CS-5s  They will look very nice indeed

I'm sorry here Asker but every time I see those Cades Bern Silver I think they just look like Ed35 wannabe wheels. I remember seeing a picture of proposed rims on the Ed35 which looked very similar.
I suppose there's always the benefit of looking like the Ed 35 in that it would be more OEM but I wasn't a fan of the Ed 35 when I saw it.
The first one's are stunning though.
Thought long and hard myself and I agree,  the CKs are No 1 for me too. I'll wrestle an extra bit of discount for a fast buy on Monday. Just playing the waiting game to drop the price and change the wheel from CS-5s to CKs. Shock and awe tactics.
Asker, when you see my car with the CS-5s on it, I don't want to give you another reason to envy my car (the first being the colour of course)....
Both BBS wheels are lovely although I'm totally sold on the CS-5s it has to be said.

Hello Alex. As I am a Princess in your eyes, I'll probably change my mind a million times by Monday.
But the burning question is: Are you buying the CS-5s on Monday?
Don't forget my advice on where to buy the Goodyears.

Yeah, gonna order them on Monday. My wife is going to have a right moan about the pointlessness of getting these as she caught me looking at alloy wheel porn and I already got it in the ear as 'the car doesn't need new wheels, it's a pointless use of money'. I did try to make Imelda Marcos understand by drawing a parallel between her love of shoes and the car getting a new pair of shoes but she kinda won the argument on the basis that she doesn't spend this much on a pair of shoes and I don't really want to encourage her to start shopping for shoes at that price point. Performance Alloys may have to provide me with an invoice for 'clearance stock' or something and maybe knock a zero off the bill.

Ta for the advice on the Goodyears.

Alex: If they knock that zero off, she will never trust you again!
Was my pleasure regarding the tyres. Good company that, lowest prices.

Yeah, I know, I was just messing. She has an appreciation of the fact that I only buy high quality kit and quite a lot of it German too funnily enough.

I'll get in touch and see if I can get the tyres sorted as well. Can't wait to get them on. I'm in a drive in studio in a few weeks time and I might pop the GTI in with her new shoes on for a proper sig photo which is long overdue.
