Got mine back from dealers after repairs to front end and it's 1st service. It's not until you drive something that isn't your own car that you appreciate how good your own is.

So true. I had an Up! automatic and while the Up! was okay, the gearbox was an utter piece of sh!te. What did you get? Glad you've got your's sorted and are happy

That's one of the problems with VW. You take a half decent car in for a service and get something on the bottom rung on the VW ladder. Once got a bright yellow Beetle when I took a new Passat in for a service. Had the Passat for 5.5 years and in all the service/issues not think I once got anything similar or better. Was also a bog std Polo. They miss the opportunity to upsell IMO by putting customers in something a bit better or faster than the have.

My dealer has 3 of the 4 VAG brands (no Skoda) on one site and I’ve found it’s not unusual to get something quite nice and a courtesy car. On more recent trips to the dealer when my car’s been in for servicing, I’ve had a mk7 Golf GTD and an Audi TT. Still nice to get back into my own car though.

Booked the car in for my new wheels end of next week. Giving Michelin until next week to release the PS4S

What wheels/tyres are you going for?
