Big bhp on a fwd car is great, but you'll always be restricted on how the power can be delivered. I know, I've been there with a fully modified ED30 with 440bhp and 510lbft of torque ( on a Dyno Dynamics set of rollers too!), with full suspension mods, LSD, weight reduction and R888 grippy tyres.

So i got my car put on the rollers on sunday, i made 300bhp and pretty much bang on 340lbft im happy with that! still need a FMIC to go on yet!

Does the FMIC actually enable any more bhp or just maintain the power when things get hotter?

You may see a few bhp, but the main reason is to keep the power you have more consistent.

Thanks, was my understanding and that any more power required the K04 upgrade.

Personally I am now after sorting the chassis/brakes to exploit power I have at stage 2 as its more than ample for a fwd fast road car.
