Just bagged myself a set of CL lights, will be hitting the shop tomorrow to get some spray tint...

Right basically as you can see i'm going for a white theme in the engine bay..

Only part of the lights are getting tinted..

If i see him Portsmouth he may be able to advise me otherwise 

Oil & oil filter change tomoz and gearbox oil change too!

I do however plan to go full on illimunious on it's ass! (With spare panels)

How did you prep it mate?

I red scotched a spare set of CL lights and went over with red spray and without being cocky was WELL IMPRESSED. Looked exactly right. However I did a set of crystal lights and it went all weird as you say "bloomy" and looked absolutely crap.

Best results I have had was rubbed down some GTI lights with 400, took it to 800 and then 2Pack laqcuer with straight gloss black mixed in, then clear coat over the whole lot.

Looked absolutely perfect (without being bigheaded) but then I was using pro tools and do it for work.
