Good news after a b*?$%y long wait the V5C finally turned up for my Mk 1 Cab. Wow 16 former keepers!!! but it is over 20 years old and there was no discrepancies.
1st September it will be on the road in Somerset/Bristol area look out for a bright (Alfa Romeo) white cabriolet with clipper kit and blue mohair hood.
Talking of hood, got the reservoir "bowl" off to repair (see earlier thread) and passed to a mate who will plastic weld it. These things are made of a hard plastic that can shatter, why not something a bit more durable! I'll see how how he gets on with the plastic weld and may end up using a bit of the good old fibreglass to add strength with a glass sight level.
