Well i think five month waiting time is now normal time when ordering new GTD. I have heard on german forum (Motor Talk) that the reason for delay are ALU wheels Nogaro.

Hello everyone,
                     Well I finally got to collect our fantastic Tornado red GTi after what felt like an eternity of waiting, but is soon getting forgotten! Not been too far in the car today as I wanted to get it home and tinker and clean it! So far so good, I will post impressions and more updates soon, car will get a run into Cambridge tomorrow. I am going to try and attach some photo's for the first time. What do you think of the mirror wrap by the way?
