I'd go with printed. HAve a thread where people can sign up but have to pay a depossit (or the full amount) up front. Then you have definite numbers.

For the mk3 section I have set up an account with an online printer (and I will be sending the link and password out shortly) so people can log on there site and order and pay directly (to there own calendar style/size etc.... and no stock/ pre orders for me  :wink:
