Mmm yeah it was difficult, its held there cause its a tight fit! Lol! There wasn't a blanking plate, just the airbag warning light.

The dash is in the way really, but I didn't want it anywhere else.

D1ckhead me over looked the airbag on your steering wheel!!  :grin: :embarassed:

On the models with out airbag, they are just a blanking plate. Have you thought about butchering one of them?

Thought about, but that means sourcing one, etc. F**k that, takes too long! I will probs end up redoing at some point, but its fine for now.

Get a nicer steering wheel on there instead of what appears to be the nasty original plastic POS (I'm guessing it's not a leather one).

haha, yeah you'd think so rob? That's why its taken ages, always waiting for funds!

Its almost on the road. I went to drive it today and a cv joint had popped out, so couldn't drive it. Must of happened when I changed the coilies. Got a set of tdi shafts waiting to go on, so will swap them over this week.
