gutted about the break in, something similar happened to me when my car was with a body shop getting valued for when it was written off, some buggers had away with loads of bits!  :angry:

not long to go now then!  :smiley:

mega  :cool:....what does it feel like to drive....? what was in there originally 8/16v..? how does it compare...?

It was a 1.4 cl before so its a complete transformation.
I'm not sure exactly how it feels yet, as it was running in limp mode, thats the reason for a re-wire and the wheels are rubbing like mad, I need to raise the car a little.
Other than that, I'm sure its gonna be an animal, of corse with 3-4 times the power it once had!

Well today is the day when I can say the 1.8T transplant is complete!
With a MASSIVE thank-you to 'MR T' (Mark-ed38) for doing a full re-wire and being really helpful, espeically with me phoning him all the time.
He has done an AmaZinG job and I honstly can't thank him enough...

All I need to do now is get it put together and get it fit for an MOT.
