would a 60/40 kit look low on 16" cades with 195 45 16 tyres? :huh:

That's EXACTLY the same setup that I want to run :)

I've seen few pictures around here, and looks pretty good to me. Not too low, but practical around town.

Mine is 60/40mm on 205/45/16's. Looks good and runs well Mate. Go for it.

Well i'm down 120mm on the front and its still not low enough! 60mm would be like a land rover

* dont wanna hear non of this "its a daily" crap, mines a daily i use it every day doing lots or miles and mines down a hell lot more than 60mm

Some people don't have it so low because of particular areas they live in, or places they know they have to go. Mine's down quite low, and it's just about right, however lots of scraping has occurred under the car, the splitter I don't care much for, but the underside, that's a different story.

Besides, it's the owners choice to do what they want, with their car.

If Joe wants to put a VR6 badge on a 1.6 MK3, so be it, admittedly he's a bit of a gimp for doing so but it's his car, and it has been modded to a very good standard so can get away with it (minus the lack of V6 noise when booting it).  :grin:

If kells wants to keep his car sparkly clean 24/7 so be it, people take pride in their work and possessions, so why shouldn't he keep it looking presentable.

If I want to scrap mine in August due to a broken engine, I will, do you know why?

It's my f**king car.  :grin:
