golf mk3 rear speakers were these a vw optional extra ????

Hi boys, in my mk3 i have 2 blaupunkt 3 way speakers that are built into the complete rear side panels of the car,They are the part what the rear shelf sits on.What i wanted to know is are these a common item???.

not as far as I am aware. normally built into the rear doors.

In my 3 door, they are built into the rear panels at the side of the back seat.

They are Nokia speakers there.

these are in the boot either side of the parcel self with a 6x9 in also

Did you get these form ebay.de I might of been bidding against you. They are not common and pretty hard to find. Only seen two sets in 3 years.

No i have had these a while, im gonna be getting rid of them soon as they wont fit in my vento and my cl has a jbl setup so these are not really needed

Thats what i mean, im not sure what they are??. they are defo for the car as they fit exactly the same as the rear side panels, and you can even remove the 6x9 and uprate to anyother by the looks of it. but they sound sweet so never needed too lol
