K03s with forge actuators clamped like a mofo will see 240~260max, you are looking at 240 figures though as the 260 was a race only map with race fuel, so don't dream of this number

Is this in response to my current spec without pump maf injectors?

if think you'd have to upgrade the fuel pump

Not to sure where you stand as I don't tune, I know on a AGU, MAF and Injectors max out around 236bhp at around 12.6:1. Where the AUM limit lies I wouldn't be able to advise, if I knew where the g/s of stock MAF maxed out it could help in determining if the MAF would be maxed out or not. Plus I have no idea where the pump maxes out.

Best thing is give a garage a call as they will know the natural limits of different components from the R&D of writing maps and they will be able to advise you.

But if the case is that the MAF, injectors and pump need upgrading I'd look into not bothering with a k03s forge actuator but a different turbo such as the t3/4 for the hassle of the minor power gain. With T3/4 you will see more power all the way through and the copies are proving cheap and reliable for £270, thats the money you would make from selling k03s and not buying a forge actuator... have a think about it depending on the outcome of upgraded components

£270 for turbo then you need a manifold (£100) custom downpipe £££ and boost pipework.

K03s and actuator make for a very quick daily car IMHO, thats not pushed over the top and still driveable. 250bhp just goes down with eagle F1 tyres up front.

£270 is with manifolds, then it will be a case of fabricating a TIP and using a reducer to latch onto the turbo and current pipework. Not sure on downpipe, need to check this out.

Do the work yourself, especially when you can get loads of ally pipe in kits nowdays with silicone joints and good clamps and the mk4's plumbing is nothing complicated, once you have done it you have done it. Only tool you will need is a beading tool.
