Hope she pulls through, could have had a drive last week too iirc.

She doesn't own a super licence so she can't drive an F1 car at an FIA event, hence why Marussia ran 1 car only.

I hope she fully recovers, she was possibly going to be the first female F1 driver.

Looking at the latest pictures, it seems she crashed under the lorry, looks really nasty.

Also seems a very strange accident though as reading about it, the car stopped and when the mechanics approached, it accelerated and jammed under the lorry. Surely something had to be wrong with it?

Hope she pulls through, be a horrible way to start the week leading up to the British GP

She's lost her right eye. That's her career over then. Such a massive shame.

Indeed. Awful.

Shame for the British grand prix to be 'shadowed' by the accident

Could be a very interesting weekend ahead, with 3 days of heavy rain predicted.

Although, with modern F1, that will mean a start under the safety car and about 20 laps behind it until the track is bone dry

Big fail at Silverstone this weekend, despite knowing all week about the weather, seems they did not have any plan b.

They have warned any fans with tickets for today who are driving to the circuit , some 30,000 , not to come as they will be turned away as the car parks are closed. A lot of fans yesterday were stuck in a traffic jam outside the track for over 8 hours and when finally reaching the entrance where also turned away.

I know the weather has been bad , but seems pretty unorganised again. Last time it was like this I remember Bernie going mad as the same troubles happened again at Silverstone

Interesting race conditions...You think it will get going again?

On the BBC I loved it when EJ was going off on one at Christian Horner!
